Recipe: Pigs in a Blanket

Easy, easy, easy. These are the PERFECT party food. Easy to make, and everyone loves them.

Three tubes of Pillsbury Croissant rolls. Pre-heat the oven to temperature suggested on the back on the tube.

1 package of hot dogs (any brand will do--Oscar Meyer, Nathan's...)

1 package of cheese. (I use KRAFT singles, but any will do)

Celery Salt
Cut the hot dogs lengthwise, and then each side into three pieces.

Sprinkle a bit of celery salt on each hot dog.

Place a TINY (otherwise it will run everywhere when it gets hot in the oven) piece of cheese on the piece of hot dog.

The croissant dough is already pre-cut into triangles. Cut each triangle piece into a smaller triangle that you can wrap around each hot dog piece. (See pic above).

Makes about 48 Pigs in a Blanket. Toothpicks are required!
